Over the weekend, my mom and I went pumpkin picking, and decided to make pumpkin seeds. We had a great time pumpkin carving with my cousin, but we didn’t all have the best results. =)
1. Scoop out pumpkin guts
2. Boil them or rinse them to get the seeds
3. Spread pumpkin seeds on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with olive oil, cinnamon, kosher salt, whatever, and bake at 400 degrees
4. Stir them every 10-15 minutes and take them out when they are brown around the edges.
