THE BEST Candied/Sugared Almonds

My family is a big fan of those candy almonds you get whenever you go to a sports game or performance of some sort – the hot, sugar coated almonds that smell absolutely heavenly of cinnamon.

We always thought that making them would be so difficult, but I recently found this recipe which is incredibly easy!

They are SO GOOD! No, really. Go make them and try them yourself. They’re like Cheez-Its or Pringles – “once you pop, you can’t stop.”

This simple recipe calls only for sugar, water, cinnamon and, of course, almonds.

The trick here is to make sure that absolutely ALL the liquid in the syrup has evaporated. It should be very sticky and pretty thick.

They’re especially delicious when they are warm!

Place them on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper.

INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!

They are addictively, almost sinfully delicious and easy.
